Phonogram #01 Mixtape

I liked PHONOGRAM so much that I put together a 30min mixtape
for the 1st issue of the 6-part comic-book mini-series. you
can use it as a reading soundtrack or your own personal
invocation rituals.

go catch the misadventures of David Khol, phono-shaman and
general indie-scene prick who's after the lost Brittania.
the series is one of the year's best.

www.phonogramcomic.com

Took the liberty to leave out Dusty Springfield and bring
in Cat Power, which I thought was thematically right.
Kieron, the series' writer, won't mind that Kula Shaker
was left out too - I don't share his hate for the
band, though, heheh, my aim was for shortness.

Maybe I'll do others for the remaining 5 issues, we'll see.
the tracklist as follows:

1 - elastica - stutter
2 - kenickie - come out 2nite
3 - buzzcocks - somebody to love
4 - iggy & the stooges - search and destroy
5 - holly golightly - walk a mile
6 - cat power - he war
7 - afghan whigs - what jail is like / be sweet
8 - le tigre - let's run
9 - kenickie - nightlife
